Role OverviewThe Sales Support Executive – Quotation (SAP) is responsible for creating accurate sales quotations in SAP for Ecoste’s doors, frames, windows, and metal façade products, strictly based on inputs provided by the Sales Team.

This role is commercial and process-driven, with no involvement in BOQ preparation, drawing interpretation, site execution, or client interaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesQuotation & SAP OperationsPrepare sales quotations in SAP as per sales team instructions and approved price lists
• Generate, revise, and track quotations within defined turnaround time (TAT)
• Maintain accuracy in pricing, quantities, and tax structures
• Ensure proper quotation version control and internal approvals
• Sales CoordinationCoordinate closely with the sales team for:

• Quantity confirmation
• Scope changes
• Pricing clarifications
• Support high-volume sales activity with multiple quotations per day
• Share final quotations with sales teams for client submission
• Calculation & Commercial AccuracyPerform accurate calculations using:
• 
  
• Feet–inch system
• Sq. ft / running meter conversions
• Ensure zero errors in quantity, pricing, or SAP entries
• Follow FIFO / pricing discipline wherever applicable
• Documentation & ReportingMaintain quotation records, revisions, and approval logs
• Support sales with basic MIS and status reports when required
• Ensure compliance with internal commercial and audit processes
