Sr. Lead Collection Executive (New Residential Construction Sites)Field & Surveying Job – Delhi NCR

Job Overview:

This is a field-based role involving regular travel to posh residential localities across Delhi-NCR. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new houses under construction and collecting detailed information for business lead generation.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit assigned residential areas and locate newly constructed or under-construction houses.
• Collect maximum information about Owner, Architect, Builder, and other key contacts, including mobile numbers.
• Understand their requirements related to construction materials, exterior/interior products offered by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of all leads collected and submit daily reports.
• Build rapport with site personnel to gather quality information.
• Keep track of new construction trends and upcoming projects in the area.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to share verified leads for follow-ups.
• Preferred Skills & Experience:Basic awareness of construction materials, real estate, and building processes.
• Past experience with builders, construction-related materials, or field surveying will be appreciated.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve collection targets.
