Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, and motivate a team of Customer Sales Executives
• Assign daily call targets and track team performance
• Ensure inbound and outbound calls are handled professionally
• Support team members in closing sales and handling objections
• Monitor call quality, scripts, and compliance with company processes
• Conduct daily briefings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
• Train new and existing team members on products, sales techniques, and systems
• Ensure proper use of computer/laptop, CRM, Excel, and calling software
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
• Coordinate with management for target planning and process improvements
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat sales through team efforts
