Sales Team Leader

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and drive a tele sales team handling multiple loan products. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, target achievement, training, and ensuring smooth loan processing operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and manage a team of Tele Sales Executives handling multiple loan products.

 Drive sales for: o Personal Loans o Home Loans o Business Loans o Car Loans o Loan Against Property o Credit Card Products

 Monitor daily calling activities and productivity of team members.

 Set individual and team sales targets and ensure achievement.

 Provide regular training, motivation, and performance feedback to team members.

 Assist team in handling escalations and complex customer queries.

 Monitor lead allocation and follow-up processes.

 Coordinate with the processing and operations team to ensure smooth loan approvals and disbursements.

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
