Job Description
ob Title: Sales Team Leader (BPO – Ayurvedic Products)Location: Naraina Industrial Area, Phase – 2
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 + Incentives
Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO sales environment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Ayurvedic medicine sales. The candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team, achieving targets, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
- Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Handle team escalations and support in closing high-value sales
- Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members
- Prepare and maintain performance reports
- Develop strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Required Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader in a BPO company
- Experience in Ayurvedic medicine or healthcare product sales preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and convincing ability
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
