Job Description

ob Title: Sales Team Leader (BPO – Ayurvedic Products)Location: Naraina Industrial Area, Phase – 2

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 + Incentives

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO sales environment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Ayurvedic medicine sales. The candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team, achieving targets, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

  • Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
  • Handle team escalations and support in closing high-value sales
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members
  • Prepare and maintain performance reports
  • Develop strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Required Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader in a BPO company
  • Experience in Ayurvedic medicine or healthcare product sales preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and convincing ability
  • Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
