Sales Team Leader

JOB TITLE - SALES TEAM LEADER

LOCATION - JANAKPURI, NEW DELHI

SALARY - Rs. 25,000-35,000 + INCENTIVES ( Rs- 5000/-)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Travel Consultants to achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

• Monitor daily activities of the team, ensuring timely follow-up with leads and clients.

• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.

• Resolve escalated client queries and complaints professionally.

• Review and approve tour packages, quotations, and travel itineraries prepared by consultants.

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, client communications, and team performance metrics.

• Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth workflow.

• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.

• Conduct team meetings to discuss targets, updates, and motivation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in travel consultancy, preferably with 1+ year in a supervisory/leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel, including visas, hotels, and airlines.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to motivate a team and manage performance effectively.

• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and online booking platforms.

• Result-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
