Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Team Leader for our BPO call center (Healthcare sector). The candidate will manage a team of 20–40 agents and drive performance, quality, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage a team of 20–40 executives
• Monitor daily performance, targets & KPIs
• Drive revenue generation and productivity
• Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction
• Provide training, coaching & team motivation
• Prepare reports and track team performance

Requirements:

• Experience as Team Leader in BPO/Call Center
• Healthcare process experience preferred
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented
