Sales Team Leader

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager Sales to join our Sales Team at Babyjoy Fertility & IVF. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives, ensuring that sales targets are achieved and exceeded. This role requires strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets
• Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing constructive feedback
• Train and coach team members on sales techniques and strategies
• Ensure customer service standards are consistently met
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers
• Identify and resolve customer issues promptly
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments

salary upto 40k plus incentives

Location: Rajouri Garden

• Min 6+ years of experience in sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
