Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Team Sales Leader to manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with proven team-handling skills, leadership ability. and a performance-oriented mindset. The role requires strategic planning, sales execufion, and continuous team development to drive revenue growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.

• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

• Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance their sales and communication skills.

• Ensure proper lead allocation and follow-ups to maximize conversions.

• Handle escalations and support the team in closing key deals.

• Maintain accurate sales reports and performance dashboards.

• Collaborate with management to improve sales processes and customer engagement strategies.

• Maintain high standards of professionalism, discipline, and team coordination.

• Foster a positive and competitive team environment focused on results.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent team handling and leadership abilities.

• Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools preferred.
