Job Title: Sales Team Leader
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead, mentor, and guide our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a proven track record in sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback or training when required.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Coordinate with management to report progress and challenges.
Handle customer queries and resolve escalations efficiently.
Recruit and train new team members to enhance productivity.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (team handling experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
