Job Description

Role: Team Leader Sales

Location: Dwarka, Delhi


Key Responsibilities

100% Field Sales Role – Responsible for consultative selling, meeting retail businesses, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales.

  • Prepare daily in-office before meeting prospective clients.
  • Manage a team of on-ground sales executives responsible for selling paid subscription packages.
  • Ensure effective hiring, training, performance management, and retention of the sales team.
  • Conduct daily team meetings to drive qualitative and quantitative performance indicators.
  • Own the sales funnel, monitor conversions, and continuously improve overall sales productivity.
  • Closely track and monitor key input KPIs (such as Data Leads and Hot Leads) to boost productivity.
  • Drive team performance through structured incentive programs and sales promotions.
  • Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as per SOP.
  • Submit timely and accurate reports in prescribed formats.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and support team members in achieving theirs.
  • Accompany executives on joint sales calls when required.
  • QualificationsGraduate or Postgraduate in any stream.
  • Minimum 60% marks in Graduation or 12th Standard.
  • Minimum 4 years of total work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead role.
  • Relevant industry experience preferred (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Sulekha, Quikr, BYJU’S, Magicbricks).
