Sales Team Leader

Location - Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai , chennai

Responsibilities:- 

 To plan, manage and execute BTL marketing campaigns, Brand activation in the City. 

 Plan and perform various BTL activities (Kiosk/campaigns/Flyers Distribution / Door to Door Marketing /Events etc.) 

 Generate leads from events 

 Must oversee BTL campaigns held on a daily basis. 

 Work closely with the City Manager and keep him/her updated about the proceedings of the campaign and other nitty-gritties. 

 Unlocking new partnerships and business by working with the Operations Team and the City Head. 

 Must handle a team of 8-10 people. 

Requirements:- 

 3+ Years of sales experience 

 Good Leadership Skills 

 Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

 Good conversational skills in regional language
