Sales Trainer-Consumer Durables-Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training modules on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct workshops on sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
  • Assess training needs through performance analysis and feedback from sales managers.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales teams in the field.
  • Create engaging training materials (presentations, videos, e-learning modules) tailored for consumer durables.
  • Update content regularly based on market trends and product launches.
  • Measure training effectiveness using KPIs such as sales performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and recommend improvements to training programs.
  • Work closely with product teams, marketing, and regional sales managers to align training with business objectives.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–6 years of experience in sales training, preferably in consumer durables or FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and retail distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver both classroom and digital training programs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools.
