Sales Trainer-Consumer Durables-Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training modules on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct workshops on sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
- Assess training needs through performance analysis and feedback from sales managers.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales teams in the field.
- Create engaging training materials (presentations, videos, e-learning modules) tailored for consumer durables.
- Update content regularly based on market trends and product launches.
- Measure training effectiveness using KPIs such as sales performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and recommend improvements to training programs.
- Work closely with product teams, marketing, and regional sales managers to align training with business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3–6 years of experience in sales training, preferably in consumer durables or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and retail distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver both classroom and digital training programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools.
