Job Title: Salon Operations & Setup Manager (Unisex Salon)

Location: Ram Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi

We are launching a new Unisex Salon in Ram Nagar, Shahdara (Delhi) under Aryan Construction & Contractors (business vertical expansion) in a prime commercial area with strong local footfall. We are looking for an experienced Salon Operations & Setup Manager who can handle complete salon setup and manage daily operations professionally.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in an established salon and should be capable of building and managing a team from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and build a team of hairstylists, beauticians, and support staff

• Conduct skill tests and interviews for salon staff

• Set up daily SOPs and ensure smooth operations

• Handle billing, cash management, and daily reporting

• Maintain hygiene standards and high customer satisfaction

• Manage inventory, stock, and vendor coordination

• Train staff in customer service and upselling techniques

• Drive monthly revenue growth and achieve targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in salon operations

• Prior experience hiring and managing salon staff

• Experience in branded salons preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good communication and customer handling ability

• Basic knowledge of salon billing software

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based experience managing or setting up a salon branch.
