Sampling Executive

Job Summary :-

The Sampling Executive – Denim Fabric is responsible for coordinating and developing fabric and garment samples as per buyer requirements. The role requires strong knowledge of denim fabrics, washes, trims, and sampling processes to ensure timely and accurate sample development.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams for denim sample development
• Develop fabric and garment samples as per buyer specs, tech packs, and reference samples
• Strong understanding of denim fabric types (rigid, stretch, selvedge, organic, recycled, etc.)
• Knowledge of denim constructions (3/1 RHT, LHT, broken twill, slub, etc.)
• Assist in fabric sourcing, shade development, and wash approvals
• Monitor sampling timelines and ensure on-time sample submission
• Coordinate with washing, finishing, and embroidery departments
• Ensure quality standards, measurements, and finishing accuracy in samples
• Maintain proper records of samples, approvals, and revisions
