Sampling, Showroom & Inventory Executive

We are looking for a highly organised, responsible, and detail-oriented person to manage our fabric samples, showroom display, and inventory-related coordination.

This role is extremely important because the person will help keep the business systematic, fast, and well-organised. The ideal candidate should be able to manage physical samples properly, maintain records, keep the showroom neat, and support stock/inventory coordination with discipline.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManaging all fabric samples properly
• Maintaining sample racks, sample books, hangers, swatches, and showroom display
• Labelling samples correctly
• Keeping sample records updated
• Organising and maintaining showroom neatly
• Helping locate samples quickly when needed
• Managing inward and outward movement of samples
• Maintaining sample issue and return records
• Coordinating sample dispatch and follow-up
• Taking sample photos and sharing internally or externally when needed
• Helping maintain stock records and inventory coordination
• Supporting physical stock counting
• Ensuring products/fabrics are arranged properly and professionally
• Assisting customer walk-ins in showroom with discipline and politeness
• Working closely with sales, dispatch, and management
• Reducing confusion, misplacement, and delays in sample/inventory handling

• Basic Excel knowledge
• Comfort with WhatsApp/photo sharing/basic smartphone use
• Ability to manage physical material systematically
• Basic inventory handling understanding
• Willingness to learn fabric names, qualities, and codes
• Preferred CandidateExperience in inventory, showroom, sampling, storekeeping, or textile-related work preferred
• Fresher with strong discipline and organising ability may also be considered
• Candidate should be sincere, careful, and consistent
• Textile/fabric knowledge is a plus, but not compulsory if learning attitude is strong
