Positions: Aramco Scaffolding Supervisor

Salary: 80,000-1,00000 INR + FATM

Job Type: Permanent Role

Aramco Scaffolding Inspector

Salary: 80,000-1,20,000 INR + FATM

Job Type: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities of a Scaffolding Inspector:

Conduct extensive inspections during scaffold assembly and disassembly.

Identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with national and international safety regulations.

Document findings, corrective actions, and compliance reports.

Train workers on safe scaffolding usage and supervise their adherence to protocols.

Collaborate with site managers, engineers, and HSE officers to ensure site safety.

Play a crucial role in promoting a culture of safety and reducing site hazards.

Key Responsibilities of a Scaffolding Supervisor:

Coordinate scaffold daily work plans and assign tasks to contractors.

Prepare scaffolding job cards and maintain detailed records.

Conduct inspections and approve all types of scaffolds (Light, Medium, Special Duty).

Ensure compliance with safety standards (Aramco & British Standard).

Maintain scaffold registers and update daily reports.

Conduct training programs for workers on scaffold safety and hazard awareness.

Participate in weekly safety walkthroughs and address scaffold-related issues.

Supervise the erection, dismantling, and modification of scaffolds.

Manage manpower and productivity metrics.

Scaffolding Inspector: 80,000-1,20,000 INR + FATM

FATM: Food, Accommodation, Transportation, and Medical are provided by the company.
