Role Overview

As an Associate Teacher – Science, you’ll support the Academic Lead in delivering exceptional Science learning experiences across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for Grades 6–10. You’ll play a key role in classroom delivery, hands-on experimentation, and developing inquiry-based learning modules that ignite curiosity and conceptual clarity

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Academic Delivery

• Conduct engaging 1:1 and small-group Science classes (online & offline).
• Teach across CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, and IB (MYP & DP) levels.
• Support students in Olympiad and project-based preparation.
• Track student progress, maintain records, and ensure consistent performance growth

2. Content & Curriculum Support

• Develop lesson plans, experiment templates, and practice worksheets.
• Collaborate on lab demonstrations, simulations, and interdisciplinary projects.
• Create academic resources including notes, quizzes, and video lessons

3. Program Coordination

• Assist Academic Leads in executing Gradeperfect’s STEM and Research programs.
• Participate in internal faculty training and academic reviews.
• Coordinate with operations and parent-success teams for smooth execution

4. Professional Growth

• Undergo a 1-month paid internship with hands-on teaching and mentorship.
• Transition to full-time Associate Teacher based on performance and feedback.
• Receive structured reviews every 6 months for continuous growth.
• Work Expectations: On-Site Commitment: Presence at Green Park office during working hours.
• Flexibility: Occasional evening or weekend sessions for international batches.
• Ownership: Take initiative in student tracking, planning, and classroom excellence.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Science / Engineering / related discipline.
• Strong subject knowledge and curiosity across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
• Excellent communication skills and engaging teaching style.
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience (1–3 years preferred)
