Secretary / Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

🧭 Executive Assistant Duties

• Manage daily calendar, calls, meetings, and reminders for the Founder.

• Track ongoing projects, client communication, and pending follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams for updates.

• Maintain Google Sheets / CRM entries for leads, orders, and payments.

• Draft emails, quotations, and maintain WhatsApp communication professionally.

• Assist in creating daily dashboards and reports.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working directly with the Founder in a fast-paced setup.

• Must be proactive, responsible, and willing to learn business operations.

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
