Executive Assistant – Founder’s OfficeCompany: Mediseller | Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Exports

Location: Delhi NCR | Full-Time | On-site

Role OverviewWe are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder in daily operations, international coordination, and business management. The candidate will ensure smooth execution across sales, logistics, documentation, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities• Manage calendar, meetings, and priorities

• Coordinate with sales, logistics, accounts & vendors

• Handle client emails, quotations, invoices & export documentation

• Maintain trackers, reports & MIS (Google Sheets/Excel)

• Follow up on orders, shipments, and payments

• Support special projects and business expansion activities

Requirements• Graduate/MBA preferred

• 2–5 years experience in EA/Operations/Coordinator role

• Strong English communication

• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills

• Organized, detail-oriented & fast executor

• Experience in export/trading/pharma industry preferred
