Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and alert Security Guard to protect and maintain the safety of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will ensure the security of property and personnel by patrolling the area, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, and preventing unauthorized access or disturbances.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol assigned premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence.

Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles.

Check surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activity.

Respond quickly to alarms or incidents and assist in emergencies.

Prevent theft, damage, and any other illegal or inappropriate actions.

Maintain daily activity logs and prepare incident reports.

Assist in crowd control during company events or gatherings.

Ensure compliance with safety and security policies.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass (or equivalent).

Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar position preferred.

Basic knowledge of public safety and security procedures.

Ability to operate security equipment (CCTV, scanners, etc.).

Physically fit and alert.

Good communication skills and a polite, disciplined attitude.

Must be willing to work in shifts, including night duty.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and location)
