Security Guard Supervisor

We are hiring disciplined and responsible candidates for the following positions:

1. SECURITY GUARD

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Duty Hours: 12 Hours Shift

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
• Minimum Height: 5’8”
• Age: 25 to 45 Years
• Physically fit & alert

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining security at the assigned premises
• Monitoring entry & exit of visitors
• Patrolling the area regularly
• Reporting any suspicious activities
• Ensuring safety & discipline at site

Required Skills:

• Good observation skills
• Basic communication ability
• Honest & punctual

2. SECURITY SUPERVISOR

Salary: ₹18,000 per month

Duty Hours: 12 Hours Shift

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Minimum Height: 5’10”
• Age: 25 to 45 Years
• Prior security experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising security guards
• Managing duty rosters & deployment
• Ensuring discipline & performance of staff
• Coordinating with management/client
• Handling incidents & reporting

Required Skills:

• Leadership & team handling ability
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset
