Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will handle regular accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. Additionally, you will be responsible for making calls to clients to follow up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely payment collections and must have own 2 wheeler.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ledgers, and other financial documents.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices through phone calls and emails.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collections.
• Resolve payment issues and escalate overdue accounts to senior management as necessary.
• Prepare reports related to accounts receivable and outstanding payments.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services and interoffice communications
• Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records, both physical and digital.
• Process daily bank deposits, transfers, and other financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for payments, invoice discrepancies, and timely delivery of goods or services.
