Job Description
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries
Handle sales & purchase entries, invoicing, and billing
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
Bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
Maintain records of expenses, payments, and receipts
Audit inventory regularly and maintain accurate stock records
Handle inventory in-out entries and stock movement tracking
Coordinate with warehouse/store team for stock verification
Prepare basic MIS reports, P&L statements, and monthly summaries
Coordinate with internal team and external CA when required
Ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and compliance
