We are a turnkey architecture and execution firm working on luxury villas, farmhouses, and premium residences. From concept design to façade articulation, material selection to GFC drawings and site execution, we are deeply involved at every level.

Who We’re Looking For

A Senior Architect with 6+ years of experience in high-end residential projects who combines strong design thinking with technical depth.

You should

• Think in proportions, materials, light, and detailing

• Understand real-world site challenges

• Be comfortable owning projects end-to-end

• Lead junior architects and consultants confidently

• Have a zero “chalta hai” attitude toward drawings and execution

Technical Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for working drawings and detailing

• Experience in preparing GFC drawings, BOQs, and detailed construction drawings

• Strong knowledge of construction detailing including waterproofing layers, façade systems, flooring build-ups, staircase detailing, etc.

• Coordination with Structural and MEP consultants

• Knowledge of site execution sequencing and practical construction methods

• Proficiency in SketchUp or Revit

• Working knowledge of Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray for presentations

• Understanding of material specifications and vendor coordination

• Ability to review shop drawings and resolve site-level issues

• Basic understanding of contract documentation and measurement sheets

Bonus if you understand façade articulation and premium material integration such as stone, laminam, metal, veneer, fluted panels, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to execution drawings

• Develop detailed, site-ready working drawings

• Conduct consultant coordination meetings

• Review site work to ensure drawing compliance

• Handle client presentations and design iterations

• Ensure design intent is maintained till final handover
