Senior Architect

Title: Architect – Residential/Commercial Projects

Location: Delhi

CTC: ₹10 LPA (Negotiable for deserving candidates)

About the Role

We are seeking an Architect with proven design and execution experience in residential and commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will combine strong creative skills with technical proficiency and will play a lead role in conceptualizing, developing, and executing architectural designs for ongoing projects in Mohali.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural planning and design for assigned projects (residential/commercial)

Prepare detailed working drawings, plans, sections, and elevations as per project requirements

Collaborate closely with structural, civil, and MEP consultants to ensure design coordination

Guide site teams during project execution for design compliance and quality standards

Oversee project documentation including BOM, detailed drawings, client presentations, and local regulations

Conduct site visits as required for design review and resolution of issues

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery

Ensure compliance with municipal by-laws, safety, and sustainability guidelines

Must Haves

B.Arch from a recognized university

Minimum 4 years’ experience in architectural design and execution for residential or commercial construction

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office Suite

Excellent understanding of Indian building codes, NBC, and approval processes

Creative flair with attention to detail and technical accuracy

Strong verbal and written communication skills
