Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Associate /Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sustainable growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships.

• Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align sales strategies
• Prepare proposals, business plans, and sales reports
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

• Required Qualifications & Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field
• MBA or professional sales certification is an advantage

• Experience Requirements 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in B2B/B2C sales (depending on company needs)
