Hiring: Senior Customer Relationship Executive – BuyBacKart

📍 Location: Delhi (Okhla Phase 1)

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Monthly performance-based incentives

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls regarding orders, pricing, and services.
• Communicate confidently with customers across India, including South India.
• Manage customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.
• Assist with pickup booking, order tracking, and issue resolution.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer relationship/customer support.
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory).
• Comfortable taking calls from South India customers.
• Expertise in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam is appreciated.
• Basic CRM and computer knowledge.
• Polite, patient, and customer-focused approach.
• Female candidates preferred.

Qualification

• Any Graduate (BBA / BA / B.Com / BCA preferred)
