Senior E-Commerce Executive

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online business across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in listing products, optimizing listings, running promotions, and managing orders on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Shopify, etc.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and update product listings on all e-commerce platforms.
• Create SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and keywords to increase visibility.
• Handle daily orders, returns, and customer queries.
• Monitor sales reports, performance metrics, and pricing strategies.
• Run promotional campaigns and coordinate with design & marketing teams.
• Manage product inventory, catalog uploads, and pricing updates.
• Research competitors and trends to improve sales performance.
• Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for smooth delivery.
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar portals.
• Understanding of e-commerce operations, listings, and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Ability to handle product listing, keyword optimization, and advertisement campaigns.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce accounts.
