- Customer Engagement & Styling
- Assist customers in selecting outfits as per their preferences and occasions.
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with walk-in and repeat customers.
- Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
- Maintain high conversion ratio and average bill value.
- Product Knowledge
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, fabrics, fits, and brand collections.
- Stay updated with new arrivals and promotional offers.
- Visual Merchandising Support
- Ensure proper display of products as per brand guidelines.
- Maintain store cleanliness and attractive presentation.
- Inventory & Stock Management
- Assist in stock counting and replenishment.
- Inform management about fast-moving and slow-moving items.
- Customer Service & Feedback
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Collect and share customer feedback with management.
- Team Coordination
- Coordinate with store team and management for smooth store operations.
