Role Overview:The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through outdoor sales activities, client visits, and market expansion. The candidate must have strong sales skills, good communication abilities, and the confidence to convert leads into business.

• Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business DevelopmentVisit potential clients to pitch products/services.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct field visits daily to achieve sales targets.
• Promote company offerings within assigned territories.
• 2. Market Research & AnalysisIdentify new business opportunities in the market.
• Gather competitor information and provide market feedback to the management.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• 3. Client ManagementHandle client inquiries and provide complete product/service information.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients for closing deals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.
• 4. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily visit reports and sales tracking sheets.
• Update CRM/record sheets with lead status and conversion details.
• Assist in preparing monthly sales performance reports.
• Skills Required:Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good time management and field coordination.
• Basic understanding of market trends in design, logistics, and retail industries.
• Eligibility:Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales.
• Experience in preferred industries is an added advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license are compulsory.
