Job Description
● A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Loans Collections, with a focus on hard collections,
including NPA or write-off cases, and handling cases with DPD (Days Past Due) exceeding 90 days.
● Proven track record of managing ticket sizes of a minimum of 7-10 lakhs
● Should be able to speak English/Hindi/Regional Language
● Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently and meet collection targets,
● Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for filed visits.
