Job Description

Teravie Beauty is a growing skincare and beauty brand focused on high-quality formulations, trust, and visible results. As we expand our offline presence, we are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Field Sales Executive to strengthen our distribution and retail footprint across Delhi NCR. https://www.teravie.in/


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively visit retail stores, pharmacies, cosmetic shops, salons, and distributors within the assigned Delhi NCR territory
  • Generate primary and secondary sales by onboarding new retailers and expanding existing accounts
  • Take regular orders from retail partners and ensure timely follow-ups for fulfillment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and distributors
  • Ensure proper product visibility, placement, and availability at retail outlets
  • Execute sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
  • Collect market feedback and share insights with the sales & marketing team
  • Maintain daily sales reports, beat plans, and visit logs. Share Reports, daily with the Team at Teravie Beauty
  • Coordinate with the internal team for schemes, offers, and new product launches


Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, FMCG, or personal care
  • Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR retail market
  • Proven experience in order generation and retail/distributor handling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork
  • Ability to plan daily routes and manage assigned geography efficiently
  • Basic proficiency in reporting via WhatsApp, Excel, or CRM tools


Preferred Candidate Profile:

Prior experience working with a beauty or skincare brand

  • Existing relationships with cosmetic retailers, pharmacies, or distributors in Delhi NCR
  • Immediate or short notice-period candidates preferred
