Assets Required: Two-wheeler + Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License

🔧 Job Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end field sales operations for furniture and automation products.
• Build strong relationships with Government Departments & Multinational Offices.
• Identify and generate business from public sector bodies such as CPWD, PWD, NBCC, and other government agencies.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Production, Accounts) to ensure timely project execution.
• Track sales pipelines, maintain follow-up reports, and close deals efficiently.
• Handle project-based sales, vendor registrations, and tender-related discussions.
• Ensure on-time submission of documents and compliance with public sector guidelines.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with strong field presence.

🧰 Required Skills & Expertise :

• Strong knowledge of Automation & Furniture Products.
• Experience in dealing with Government departments & Multinational companies.
• Good understanding of public bodies like CPWD, PWD, NBCC, DDA, PSUs, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently in field sales with strong follow-up discipline.
• Strong documentation, presentation & coordination skills.
