Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect New Clients: Identify and approach potential restaurant and F&B clients within your territory for selling FoodPe’s WhatsApp chatbot solutions.
- Product Presentation: Conduct in-person meetings to demonstrate how the WhatsApp chatbot can help restaurants automate customer engagement and increase sales.
- Build and Manage Relationships: Establish strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers to drive sales conversions.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals by closing deals with restaurant owners and businesses.
- Market Research: Gather insights from the field, understand customer needs, and track competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Support Customer Onboarding: Assist new clients with the initial setup and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Provide Feedback: Share customer feedback with the product development and marketing teams to continuously improve FoodPe’s offerings.
- Follow Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients for repeat business and upselling opportunities.
