Senior Full Stack Developer

What You'll Do:

• Lead development of web applications using Python, React, and Tailwind CSS
• Design system architecture and technical solutions
• Build and optimize backend APIs with Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask)
• Create scalable frontend applications with React and Tailwind
• Mentor junior developers and review code
• Make technical decisions for the project
• Own features end-to-end from planning to deployment
• Optimize application performance and security

Must Have:

• 5-8 years of full stack development experience
• Expert in Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask)
• Expert in React.js and modern JavaScript
• Strong Tailwind CSS skills
• Experience designing databases and APIs
• Led or mentored development teams
• Can work independently and take ownership
• Strong problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

• Experience building SaaS products
• Node.js knowledge
• AI/ML integration experience
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Microservices architecture
• DevOps/CI-CD knowledge
• Document processing or NLP experience
• System design expertise

Requirements:

• Computer Science degree (B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech)
• Strong portfolio with complex projects
• GitHub with quality code samples
• Good English and Hindi communication
• Leadership and team collaboration skills
• Can start immediately
