Senior Associate – Human Resources

Location: Delhi NCR / Pune / Hybrid

Experience: 3–4 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary: Responsible for end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination
• Coordinate manpower planning with leadership teams
• Implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
• Handle attendance, leave management, and HR MIS
• Coordinate monthly payroll and maintain salary records
• Act as HR SPOC for employee queries and concerns
• Maintain employee documentation and exit formalities
• Support performance reviews and appraisal cycles

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
