Senior HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who has previously worked with E-commerce brands and understands the hiring needs of fast-growing online businesses.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for E-commerce roles
• Hire for positions like Amazon Marketplace Manager, PPC Specialist, Graphic Designer, Content Creator, Supply Chain Executive, Customer Support, etc.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms
• Screen and shortlist profiles as per business requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations
• Maintain recruitment data and hiring reports
• Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
• 🔹 Requirements:2–5 years of recruitment experience
• Prior experience hiring for E-commerce brands (Amazon / Shopify / D2C brands preferred)
• Understanding of digital marketing, marketplace operations, and online sales roles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to hire in a fast-paced growth environment
• 🔹 Preferred:Experience in Amazon or D2C brand hiring
• Knowledge of performance marketing and marketplace roles
• Experience in bulk or scaling team hiring
