Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer located in New Delhi. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have on site experience as well as great at 2d software like autocad.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
• Mentor, guide, and inspire team members to achieve their best potential.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Develop and implement design standards and best practices.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding and exceeding their expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design.
• Proven leadership experience, showcasing the ability to manage and inspire a creative team.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
