About the Role :

We have an in-house CRM product (travel domain) that is partially built and actively used.

We are looking for a strong Java Backend Developer who can own the backend, understand existing code, complete pending modules, and scale the system further.

This is not a greenfield project — ability to work with existing codebases is critical.

Key Responsibilities :

• Take ownership of an existing Java Spring Boot backend project
• Understand, debug, refactor, and extend existing APIs
• Design and implement RESTful APIs
• Work closely with frontend (Angular) for API integration
• Improve performance, stability, and code quality
• Handle database interactions and schema changes
• Ensure clean commits, version control, and basic documentation

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable) :

• Java 17+
• Spring Boot 3.x
• REST API development
• Spring Data JPA / Hibernate
• Relational Databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
• Maven
• Git (branching, pull requests)
• Ability to understand and continue someone else’s code

Good-to-Have Skills (Bonus) :

• Basic understanding of Angular (API integration level)
• Spring Security / JWT
• Deployment knowledge (server / cloud basics)
• Experience with CRM / SaaS products

Experience Required :

• 4–7 years of hands-on Java backend development
• Experience working on mid-size or large applications
• Freshers / pure junior profiles not suitable for this role.
