We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Medical Representative to strengthen Usha Prakash Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.’s presence across doctors, clinics, and hospitals. This role emphasizes strategic engagement, medical awareness, and long-term relationship management rather than product sales. The candidate will act as a key link between the organization and the medical community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-level interactions with consultants, clinics, and hospitals to represent the company and its healthcare services.
• Communicate the organization’s vision, objectives, services, and patient care programs clearly and professionally.
• Build, manage, and expand long-term professional relationships with key medical stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor junior medical representatives, supporting and guiding their field activities when required.
• Coordinate and participate in medical awareness programs, health camps, and promotional initiatives.
• Gather structured feedback and market insights from healthcare professionals and share actionable inputs with management.
• Maintain detailed visit reports, activity plans, and periodic performance summaries.
