Senior Merchandiser

We are looking for an experienced Production Merchandiser to manage and coordinate our fabric production process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will act as the key link between clients, mills, weavers, and internal departments to ensure smooth, timely, and quality-driven execution of all orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily with mills, weavers, printers, and vendors for production updates.
• Handle day-to-day communication and follow-ups with clients regarding order status, approvals, and dispatches.
• Work closely with inter-branch employees (Delhi and Surat teams) for smooth production flow and delivery tracking.
• Maintain accurate production tracking sheets, T&A plans, and follow-up reports.
• Resolve production issues, delays, or quality concerns by proactive coordination.
• Ensure all sampling, bulk, and shipment timelines are met as per client commitments.
• Support the merchandising and management team in daily operational requirements.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in fabric or garment production merchandising.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills (Hindi & English).
• Understanding of textile processes – weaving, dyeing, printing, and finishing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp coordination groups, and basic documentation.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
