Job Title: MIS Senior Executive

About the Role:  

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Senior Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced Excel and hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting tools. You will be responsible for driving data-driven insights, preparing management reports, and improving reporting efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports for management review

• Analyze business performance data and identify key trends

• Use Advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA, Dashboards) for data management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely report delivery

• Support decision-making through actionable analytics and KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

• 3–6 years of experience in MIS or data reporting roles

• Strong command over MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other analytical tools

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements efficiently
