Senior Operations Associate

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will support the sales team by streamlining operational workflows, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring that our sales ecosystem scales efficiently. You will be key in maintaining the quality and speed of our sales funnel as we expand across new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise the sales operations process: lead intake, tracking, funnel management, and conversion metrics.
• Partner with sales, marketing and refurbishment teams to ensure seamless handoff from digital listing through showroom visits and closing.
• Build, maintain and report on sales dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for channels, geographies and segments.
• Identify process bottlenecks, propose improvements and implement standard operating procedures for faster turnaround and higher quality.
• Support operations audit: ensure documentation (RC transfers, warranties, financing paperwork) are completed and compliant.
• Assist with data-driven initiatives to optimise supply-chain to sales-conversion workflows, improve fulfilment speed and drive higher margins.
• Qualifications & Skills2-5 years in sales operations, business operations, or analytics support (startup/scale-up experience preferred).
• Strong analytical skills; ability to mine data, build dashboards and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent process orientation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Sheets/Excel and ideally business-intelligence dashboards.
• Startup mindset: adaptable, hands-on, comfortable with fast-paced change and ambiguity.
