🎯 Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage sales coordination and order execution activities for our electrical panel / EPC projects. The role involves end-to-end coordination from order receipt to dispatch, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:📊 Sales CoordinationPrepare and submit offers/quotations as per customer requirements

• Maintain and update order-in-hand data & sales MIS
• Coordinate with clients for order finalization, clarifications, and documentation

📦 Order Execution & TrackingTrack order lifecycle from receipt to dispatch

• Prepare and monitor production planning (monthly/weekly)
• Regularly update order status and delivery timelines

🤝 Cross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate with Design team for drawings & BOM approvals

• Work with Quality team for documentation (QAP, RTC, As-built drawings, etc.)
• Liaise with Accounts & Dispatch team for invoicing and dispatches

💰 Commercial & Payment Follow-upsPrepare and submit Proforma Invoices (PI)

• Follow up with customers for payments at different stages
• Ensure timely billing and documentation compliance

📑 Documentation & ComplianceMaintain records of work orders, supply records, and project documents

• Ensure availability of all dispatch and client-required documents
• Support vendor registration and documentation management

📞 Customer & Vendor HandlingAct as a single point of coordination for customers and vendors

• Handle customer queries and complaints, coordinate with internal teams for closure
• Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders

🎓 Qualification:MBA / Graduate (preferably in Business / Commerce / Engineering)

💼 Experience:5–10 years of experience in sales coordination / order execution

• Preference for candidates from Electrical Panels / EPC / Switchgear / Industrial Products

🧠 Key Skills:Strong coordination & communication skills

• Knowledge of order processing & project execution cycle
• Familiarity with electrical industry products (HT/LT panels, etc.)
• Working knowledge of SAP / ERP systems (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and MIS reporting
