Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer – Civil with strong exposure to structural construction and interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have hands-on site execution capability along with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience, ensuring quality, cost, safety, and timely delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionManage end-to-end execution of civil, structural, and interior works.Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, and milestones.Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and vendors.Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and standards.Structural & Civil WorksSupervise RCC works, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, finishing works.

Monitor compliance with structural safety and quality norms.Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals.Interior Fit-Out WorksManage execution of partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, modular furniture, finishes.Coordinate interior vendors and subcontractors.Ensure alignment with design intent and client expectations.

PMC (Project Management Consultancy) Responsibilities – Added AdvantageAct as client representative / PMC interface.Review contractor bills, RA bills, and certify work progress.Monitor cost control, variations, and change orders.Conduct site meetings, prepare MOM, progress reports, and MIS.Ensure compliance with EHS norms, statutory requirements, and QA/QC processes.Resolve site issues proactively and drive decision-making.Quality, Safety & ComplianceImplement QA/QC procedures at site.Enforce safety standards, toolbox talks, and audits.Maintain site documentation, checklists, and records.Desired Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of civil, structural, and interior construction.Experience in PMC role or client-side coordination (preferred).Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, MS Excel.Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle multiple contractors and tight timelines.
