Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil

Currie & Brown is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dwarka, Delhi. If you have expertise in cost estimation, BOQs, and budget management, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Lead cost estimation and BOQ preparation for Civil & MEP systems

✔️ Ensure compliance with international standards (NRM, POMI, SMM7)

✔️ Guide junior team members and ensure project accuracy

✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel; CostX is a plus

✔️ Strong analytical and communication skills

Requirements:

✔️ 10-15 years of Quantity Surveying experience, including 5+ years in a global consultancy

✔️ Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

✔️ Strong technical writing, client communication & problem-solving skills

✔️ A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
