Senior Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter – Overseas Outsourcing with strong expertise in Middle East and Western countries recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling both Blue Collar and White Collar recruitment, from sourcing to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end overseas recruitment for Middle East & Western countries

• Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates for Blue Collar & White Collar positions

• Coordinate with overseas clients, agents, and employers to understand manpower requirements

• Manage documentation including CV screening, trade tests, medicals, visas, and deployment process

• Maintain recruitment timelines and ensure compliance with overseas recruitment norms

• Guide junior recruiters and improve recruitment processes

• Build and maintain strong candidate and client databases

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in overseas recruitment

• Proven expertise in Gulf (UAE, Saudi, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait) and Western countries

• Strong knowledge of overseas outsourcing procedures and documentation

• Experience recruiting for construction, oil & gas, hospitality, healthcare, technical & professional roles

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently and handle bulk hiring

• Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with licensed overseas recruitment agencies

• Knowledge of emigration rules, medical, visa, and mobilization processes

• Leadership experience is an added advantage
