Senior Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities • Coordinate sales team activities & respond to customer inquiries, Coordinate issue resolution and ensure client satisfaction. • Process sales order, manage customer data, Making PI, PO, & Maintaining inventory of stock. • Tracking and tracing short shipment along with providing solutions for short shipment deliveries at customer end. • Extending on time response on mail and call to Client for arranging Pickup and deliveries on time. • Managing schedules, documents, and competing priorities efficiently.

 Onboard new employees by handling paperwork and ensuring a smooth integration into the company. • Acting as the central point for communication, managing phone calls, emails, and messages between employees, clients, and visitors. • Drafted and issued formal employment contracts, Offer letters, and Appointment letters to successful candidates. • Managed Sales order processing and ensured proper documentation and accuracy. • Manage Existing client’s communications via email, phone, and WhatsApp marketing. • Issuing the claim for damage and shortage shipment. • Assisted with sales operations, supporting distribution channels for product delivery.
