Senior Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer enquiries, technical discussions, and coordination related to PVC additives, polymer raw materials, and industrial chemicals

* Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations and ensure timely follow-ups

* Coordinate closely with sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

* Maintain regular communication with customers and distributors regarding orders, product information, and technical requirements

* Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and increasing sales revenue

* Maintain and update customer database, sales records, and enquiry tracking

* Assist the sales team in price discussions, commercial coordination, and customer follow-ups

* Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt communication and efficient coordination

Candidate Profile:

* 6–12 years experience in Sales Coordination / Customer Coordination in PVC, additives, polymers, masterbatch, or chemical industry

* Strong technical understanding of PVC additives, stabilizers, plasticizers, resins, or polymer raw materials

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with industrial customers and distributors

* Ability to handle multiple customer accounts and enquiries efficiently

* Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and sales documentation
